BTek offers free cartridge recycling for Toner Cartridges, Ink Tanks and Fuser Units.

Please DO NOT send the following items:

  • Toner Bottles, Tubes & Tanks
  • Printer Ribbons or Dye Cartridges
  • Liquid Ink Tubes, Bottles or Jugs

Shipment Options:

Prepaid Label Program
We provide free, prepaid shipping labels. Once your box is full of empty cartridges, seal it, apply the label and give it to a UPS
driver, or take it to a UPS drop-off facility.

Pallet Program
For customers that have 500 or more cartridges to return at one time, we will schedule a pallet pickup.
Our logistics team will provide all necessary documentation for the shipment.
